The George HDR

Numerous pints and stories have been shared around The George in Soho. If  you walk down Wardour Street and stop by The George  sometime after 6pm you might hear tales of subdivision surfaces, hops, subsurface, bi-directional path tracing, malt, HDR, BXDF and everything else a VFX worker might have on their mind. VFX pubs are a mystery, from one day to the next the “house pub” might change. One day Cinesite has claimed Nelly Dean and the next The George is in high demand. MPC used to frequent The White Horse where we hear tales of another waterhole somewhere in Soho. I captured The George in another light than how most people usually see it…no people, no beer and early in the morning but in true high dynamic range.
